Martina Chadimová (b. 1980), paper and associated materials restorer. Since 2001, she has been a restorer of paper and photographs working in the Restoration Department of the Museum of Decorative Arts in Prague, which operates in synergy with the Graphic Arts Collection and the Photography Collection. Simultaneously, she has been providing restoration services as a freelancer. She is interested in everything that is at least partly related to paper conservation and restoration – her favourite discipline is especially large-format objects. She collaborates on research projects dealing with the storage, treatment and long-term preservation of collection items made of paper (e.g. Conservation Procedure for the Protection and Treatment of Chromolithographic Prints on Paper Refined by Coating), as well as with the history, production and use of Japanese paper and Japanese techniques related to restoration (not only of paper). 

She has collaborated on a number of major exhibitions, e.g. 2003, L. Sutnar:Prague – New York – Design in Action, 2020 Between Kitsch and the Academy. Chromolithography in the Service of Advertising and Art2022, The Language of the Poster 18901938.
