Jiří Petera teaches chemistry and digital processing at the Department of Photography, FAMU. Petera has worked for many years in research and development for Foma (Foma Bohemia), a producer of photographic and chemical materials. In addition to the chemistry of contemporary photographic material, he deals with historical photographic processes and their use in contemporary photography.
